Attached version adds additional condition for transitioning out of opening. Here are the current conditions:
Defeat due to casualties -- transition to defeat ( retreat) if AI options casualty threshold reached. Battle map traffic ability -- if less than 50%, goes straight to endgame. Probability of skipping -- if randomly chosen, transition will be to middle game Minimum time to complete endgame reached -- transition immediately to endgame Casualties 5% -- transition to middle game One-third scenario time elapsed -- automatically transition to middle game
Finally: all combat groups deployed to opening positions -- transition to middle game
So once they stop moving, you should see the immediate transition to middle game. Also all the above conditions can cause the transition. Sometimes in middle game, it may automatically transitioned to endgame due to random probability.
